Ham & Potatoes au Gratin
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) scalloped potato mix
- 2 cups chopped OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Combine Potatoes, Sauce Mix, hot water and milk in large saucepan as directed on package, except reduce measure of hot water by 1/4 cup and omit butter or margarine.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in ham; Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.
- or until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Top with cheese; cover.
- Let stand 5 min.
- or until melted.
