Chicken With Peach Salsa

  1. Stir together all salsa ingredients in bowl.
  2. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  3. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet; add chicken breasts.
  5. Cook over medium heat, turning once or twice, 15-20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  6. Continue cooking, turning and coating chicken with butter, until internal temperature reaches 165F and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
  7. Serve chicken with salsa.
