California Chicken Salad
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice
- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 4 nectarines or red plums, sliced
- 2 cups leftover cut-up chicken
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- PREPARE rice with chicken broth in place of water , according to package directions.
- Cool.
- COMBINE cooked rice with remaining ingredients.
- Chill until served.
