Smoked Salmon Pizza
- 1 Large Pizza Crust Or 2 Naan Flatbreads
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (light Is Fine), Softened
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Half The Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 4 ounces, weight Smoked Salmon Pieces
- 1/4 pounds Smoked Gouda Cheese, Sliced
- 1 whole Shallot, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Capers, Drained
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Place the pizza crust or naan flatbreads on a cookie sheet.
- Spray the crust/naan with cooking spray and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the edges start to brown.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the cream cheese, zest, juice, and dill.
- Mix to combine.
- Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper.
- Once the crust has toasted, spread on the cream cheese mixture.
- Top the crust with salmon, gouda slices, shallots, and capers.
- Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
- Garnish with extra dill, if desired.
