Lasagna in a Bun

  1. Cut a thin slice off the tops of the buns.
  2. Hollow out centers, leaving about a 1/4-inch shell.
  3. In a skillet, brown beef.
  4. Drain and add spaghetti sauce, garlic powder and Italian seasonings.
  5. Cook about 5 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, combine ricotta, parmesan and half the cheddar and half the mozzarella.
  7. Spoon meat mixture into buns and top with cheese mixture.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and loosely cover with foil.
  9. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
  10. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  11. Bake another 2-3 minutes.
