Marinated Mushrooms
- 4 lbs fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 14 cup salt
- 12 teaspoon white pepper
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 12 cups sugar
- 14 cup Accent seasoning
- 18 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 cups red wine vinegar
- 1 12 cups salad oil
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for 3 days.
- Stirring a few times a day.
