Pineapple Gin Punch
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice, plus lemon twists, for garnish
- 12 ounces gin
- 4 ounces orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled, for serving
- Combine the pineapple juice, lemon juice, gin, orange liqueur and allspice in a pitcher filled with ice.
- Stir to combine.
- Pour into ice-filled highball glasses, top with champagne and garnish each with a lemon twist.
