Spring Salad

  1. Soften unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
  2. Dissolve flavored jello in hot water and add unflavored gelatin in dissolved also.
  3. Add remaining cold water and chill until thickened.
  4. Coat sliced bananas and apple with lemon juice.
  5. Add other ingredients to thickened gelatin mixture and pour into 13 x 9-inch glass pan; chill until set.
  6. Prepare Spring Salad Topping and spoon over gelatin.
  7. Top with cheese.
  8. Serves 12 to 20.
