Cottage Cheese-Herb Dip
- 1 cup cottage cheese, creamed
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 tbsp. salad dressing
- mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
- 1 dash pepper
- Mix ingredients in a blender, scraping sides of blender jar with a rubber scraper and reblending as required until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Serve with fresh vegetable sticks.
