Broccoli And Tomato Quiche Recipe
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 2 med. Large eggs
- 1/2 c. steamed, minced broccoli
- 1/2 c. diced tomato (2 med.)
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 - 9 inch pie crust
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, optional
- Preheat oven to 350 degree oven.
- Blend, slightly beaten Large eggs with cream.
- Sprinkle tomato and broccoli in bottom of pie crust.
- Put with grated cheese on top of broccoli mix.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Pour cream/egg mix last.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Can be doubled.
