Lemon-Lime Pilaf

  1. Prepare 2 cups Minute Rice as directed on package.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp.
  3. butter; stir until melted.
  4. Add 1 Tbsp.
  5. chopped fresh cilantro and 1-1/2 tsp.
  6. each grated lemon and lime peel; mix lightly.
  7. Serve warm.
