Lemon-Lime Pilaf
- 2 cups Minute Rice Brand Rice, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1-1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 tsp. grated lime zest Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- Prepare 2 cups Minute Rice as directed on package.
- Add 1 Tbsp.
- butter; stir until melted.
- Add 1 Tbsp.
- chopped fresh cilantro and 1-1/2 tsp.
- each grated lemon and lime peel; mix lightly.
- Serve warm.
