Fresh Linguine
- 4 to 8 ounces fresh linguine, see note
- Bring 6 quarts of water to boil in covered pot.
- Add linguine and cook about 1 minute after water returns to boil.
- Drain and serve, using vegetable mixture from fish as sauce for pasta
