Broccoli Chicken Rice Casserole

  1. Saute celery, onion and carrots in margarine in large skillet.
  2. Add water and mushroom soup.
  3. Add chopped broccoli, VELVEETA, rice, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir.
  5. Layer bottom of 4 qt.
  6. casserole dish with chicken.
  7. Cover with VELVEETA mixture.
  8. Bake in oven at 350F for 20 minutes.
  9. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
