Cranberry Dijon Pork Roast

  1. Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add pork roast.
  2. Cook 4-6 minutes over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until browned.
  3. Place in slow cooker.
  4. Sprinkle with dried soup mix.
  5. Spread cranberry sauce over dried soup.
  6. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4-6 hours or until roast is fork tender.
  7. To serve, cut meat into slices.
  8. Stir mustard into sauce; serve over meat.
