Veggie Chicken Burger with Fruit
- 1 BOCA Original Chikn Veggie Patty
- 1 small whole wheat , split
- 2 piece lettuce leaves
- 1 Tbsp.
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed if frozen
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
- Heat BOCA chicken burger according to package instructions.
- Place burger and lettuce on bun; spread with dressing.
- Enjoy blueberries tossed with sliced kiwi for dessert.
- Serve meal with a glass of milk.
