Low-Fat Orange Dessert Cups
- 2 large oranges
- 1 (6 ounce) can orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 12 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream
- 12 teaspoon orange extract
- orange and black candy sprinkles
- Cut oranges in half.
- Spoon out inner flesh.
- Combine orange juice concentrate, ice cream and orange extract in a large bowl.
- Mix well.
- Scoop ice cream mixture into each orange cup.
- Decorate with black and orange candy sprinkles.
- Freeze until firm.
