German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/3 c. Crisco oil
- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar (about 1 lb.)
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- Heat
- oven

- Grease
- a 13 x 9-inch pan or use Pam. Sprinkle
- coconut
- and
- nuts
- evenly over bottom of pan. Mix
- the cream cheese, melted butter and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy and set aside.
- Mix your cake mix and spread over coconut and nuts.
- Spread cream cheese mixture (use spoon to
- kindtf drop) over the cake within 1 inch of the sides of the edge of pan. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick
- comes out clean in the cake.teave in pan and cool completely.
- Cut in squares and invert on the plate.
