Chicken Waldorf Salad
- 12 oz. , coarsely chopped
- 4 medium apples, coarsely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 16
- 24 oz. vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1 low fat granola bar, favorite flavor, crumbled
- 4 On-the-Go packets
- 4 bottles of water, 20 fl oz
- Mix chicken, apple, celery, dressing, walnuts and raisins until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Divide evenly onto 4 plates and serve with 4 TRISCUITS per person.
- Enjoy 6 oz.
- yogurt topped with 1/4 of the granola crumbs per person for dessert.
- COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
- Serve each person 1 water bottle with their meal.
