Hot & Spicy Spinach-Cheese Dip
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chipotle Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Beat cream cheese spread and sour cream in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add spinach and 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese; mix well.
- Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min.
