Crab Cakes, Casserole Or Dip

  1. Make white sauce using butter, flour and milk.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Add egg, mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste, chives, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
  4. Add crumbs; fold in crab meat carefully.
  5. Make cakes and brown in shortening.
  6. If put in casserole, make white sauce thinner or double number of cracker crumbs.
  7. Bake casserole 20 to 30 minutes at 400u0b0.
  8. Dip made same as casserole.
