Low Fat Mayonnaise

  1. Whisk together water and cornstarch in a small saucepan.
  2. Stir continously over a medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Continue stirring and boiling for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is clear.
  4. Pour mixture into a bowl and whisk the remaining ingredients, in order listed.
  5. Whisk.
  6. Refrigerate in a tightly sealed container.
  7. Should keep about 2 weeks.
