Caramel Apple Cheesecake
- 1-1/4 qt. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1-1/3 cups Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 pkg. JELL-O Brand Cheesecake Filling Mix
- 3 qt. Cold milk
- 2 cups caramel ice cream topping
- 2 cups Chopped roasted peanuts Rite Aid Buy 1 Get 1 Free thru 02/06
- 2 qt. apples, peeled, sliced
- Mix crumbs, sugar and butter.
- Press 1-1/2 cups of the crumb mixture firmly onto bottom and 1 inch up side of each of 4 (9-inch) springform pans (or 1 pan for trial recipe).
- Bake in 375F-convection oven for 8 minutes.
- Cool completely on wire rack.
- Prepare cheesecake filling with milk as directed on package.
- Immediately pour 5 cups of the filling into each crust.
- Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut each cheesecake into 12 slices to serve.
- For each serving: Top with slice with 2 tsp.
- of the caramel topping, 2 tsp.
- of the peanuts and 2-1/2 Tbsp.
- of the apples.
