Caramel Apple Cheesecake

  1. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter.
  2. Press 1-1/2 cups of the crumb mixture firmly onto bottom and 1 inch up side of each of 4 (9-inch) springform pans (or 1 pan for trial recipe).
  3. Bake in 375F-convection oven for 8 minutes.
  4. Cool completely on wire rack.
  5. Prepare cheesecake filling with milk as directed on package.
  6. Immediately pour 5 cups of the filling into each crust.
  7. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Cut each cheesecake into 12 slices to serve.
  9. For each serving: Top with slice with 2 tsp.
  10. of the caramel topping, 2 tsp.
  11. of the peanuts and 2-1/2 Tbsp.
  12. of the apples.
