15 Minute Pork Fried Rice

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet.
  2. Add pork; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
  3. Add bouillon cube, 2 cups water, soy sauce and vegetables; stir.
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Stir in rice; cover.
  6. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Try serving with additional soy sauce and sprinkle each dish with chow mein noodles.
  8. Tip!
  9. Great Substitute: Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for the pork.
