15 Minute Pork Fried Rice
- 1 lb. boneless pork tenderloin or pork chops, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 cups frozen vegetable blend (such as pes and carrots)
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet.
- Add pork; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
- Add bouillon cube, 2 cups water, soy sauce and vegetables; stir.
- Heat to a boil.
- Stir in rice; cover.
- Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Try serving with additional soy sauce and sprinkle each dish with chow mein noodles.
- Tip!
- Great Substitute: Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for the pork.
