Basil/Garlic Vinaigrette Recipe

  1. Combine the basil leaves, vinegar, lime juice, garlic, onion, and honey in a blender and puree.
  2. With the motor running slowly add in the oil till emulsified.
  3. Season to taste with salt and freshly grnd pepper.
  4. May be prepared up to 1 day ahead and refrigerated.
  5. Bring up to room temperature before serving.
  6. This recipe yields 1 c. of vinaigrette.
