Smoked Salmon Spread Recipe
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can salmon, liquid removed & flaked
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon grated onion
- 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 3 drops warm sauce
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- Combine first seven ingredients; stir well.
- Spoon into serving bowl; cover and refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
- Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
- Serve with melba rounds.
- Yield: 2 c.. 38 calories per Tbsp..
