Biscuits And Gravy Recipe

  1. Fry up the sausage in a large frying pan, break up into little bits.
  2. add in the Shortening and stir in.
  3. now stir in the flour.
  4. add in lowfat milk (about 1/2 qt) and cook or possibly thin till it is a nice gravy thickness.
  5. Serve on biscuits add in some salt and a bunch of pepper.
  6. A scrambled egg on the top is a nice touch.
  7. /Large eggs
