Black Bean Chili

  1. Remove casing from sausage; discard. Crumble sausage into large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until onion is translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until heated thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Yields 10 cups.
