Tuna Aloha

  1. Cook rice according to directions on package.
  2. Combine with tuna, parsley, salt, pepper, onion juice, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and white sauce or soup.
  3. Place pineapple slices on shallow baking dish; brush with brown sugar mixture.
  4. Spoon tuna-rice mixture onto pineapple slices, shaping each mound (an ice cream scoop works well).
  5. Sprinkle with dry bread crumbs or crushed cornflakes.
  6. Top each with a large pinch of grated cheese, using remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
  9. Serves 5.
