Easy and Light Tasting Sauteed Ginger Pork Belly with Ponzu Sauce

  1. Cut the pork belly into easy to eat pieces, and coat evenly with flour.
  2. Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the pork.
  3. A lot of oil will come out of the pork.
  4. Wipe it out of the pan with paper towels.
  5. Add the grated ginger and ponzu sauce.
  6. When both have evenly coated the pork, it's done.
