Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops Recipe
- 6 pork chops (butterfly 1/2 inch)
- 5 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. grease
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- Brown chops.
- Place 1/2 potatoes in greased baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Add in rest of potatoes.
- Top with pork chops.
- Salt and pepper.
- Cook onions in drippings.
- Add in soup and lowfat milk.
- Heat.
- Pour over pork chops.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and continue baking for 30 min.
- Serves 4.
