KRAFT Broccoli-Rice Casserole
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice
- 2 cups Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese, divided
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 can each (10 oz/284 mL) cream of mushroom soup and milk
- MIX rice, 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) cheese, broccoli florets and mushrooms in a microwaveable casserole dish.
- STIR in soup and milk.
- COVER and microwave on HIGH for 10 min, stirring once.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
