Banana Chocolate Pudding Parfait

  1. Prepare cake batter as directed on package.
  2. Portion into jumbo (3-1/2-inch) muffin pans, placing one #20 scoop (1-3/4 oz.)
  3. of batter in each cup.
  4. Bake as directed on package.
  5. Cool on wire rack.
  6. Cut each cupcake horizontally in half.
  7. Fold whipped topping into banana puree.
  8. Layer 1/4 cup pudding, 1/4 cup of the whipped topping mixture and bottom half of cupcake in each parfait glass.
  9. Repeat layers of pudding and whipped topping mixture; cover with top half of cupcake.
  10. Garnish each with 3 banana slices.
  11. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
