Microwave Fruitcake

  1. Cream butter,
  2. sugar
  3. and
  4. corn syrup.tdd eggs 1 at a time, beating continually.
  5. Blend flour, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, allspice
  6. and cinnamon until smooth.
  7. Stir in brandy. Fold in cherries
  8. and
  9. nuts.
  10. Pour into 12 cup Bundt pan (very lightly greased).
  11. Microwave on High for 18 minutes, rotating a quarter turn every 4 minutes.
  12. Rest 15 to 20 minutes before loosening. Invert from pan.
  13. Glaze if desired.
