Italian Goat Cheese Pizza
- 1 whole Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1- 1/2 cup White Sauce (Recipe Below)
- 1 whole Shallot, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Roma Tomato, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Black Olives, Chopped
- 3 whole Chicken Tenders (precooked And Chopped)
- 3/4 cups Goat Cheese Crumbles
- 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1 cup Italian Blend Cheese
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll out pizza dough.
- Brush a little olive oil on with a pastry brush.
- Cover with white sauce.
- Add all veggies and chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, finish with a quick 2-minute broil.
- For the white sauce:
- On the stove top, melt the butter.
- Add in garlic and let cook for about a minute.
- Add in the flour and blend together.
- Slowly pour in milk and stir until desired thickness.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
- If the sauce is too thick, add more liquid; if its too runny, add a little more flour.
