Lemon Ginger Dip

  1. Mix all ingredients with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
  4. Spoon 2 Tbsp.
  5. of the dip into each of 64 small portion cups (or 8 portion cups for the trial recipe).
  6. Serve with sliced apples or pears; seedless grapes; or toasted pound cake or angel food cake cubes for dipping.
