Brie Appetizer to Travel
- 12 ounces brie round
- 1 (18 ounce) container caramel apple dip
- 7 ounces mixed dried fruit
- 8 ounces large cashews
- 10 ounces firm crackers
- Cut off top rind of brie.
- Center cheese on a plate.
- Cover with caramel apple dip.
- Sprinkle with dried fruit, then the cashews.
- Surround with crackers and serve.
