Cheesy Oven-Fried Chicken

  1. Place crackers in a plastic bag (leave bag open so air can escape).
  2. Use a rolling pin to crush the crackers.
  3. Add basil and pepper to bag.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Rinse chicken;pat dry with paper towels.
  6. Brush chicken with milk.
  7. Add chicken one piece at a time to bag with cracker mixture.
  8. Seal bag and shake until chicken is coated.
  9. Place coated chicken, skin side up, in an ungreased baking pan.
  10. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 55 to 65 minutes or until no pink remainns and chicken can be easily pierced with a fork.
