Apple Cherry Squares
- 2 cups Kashi Go Lean Crisp Cinnamon Crumble Cereal, Finely Crushed
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cups Dried Cherries
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 18 teaspoons Allspice
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cups Applesauce
- 1/2 cups Liquid Sugar In The Raw
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 1/4 cups Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Honeycrisp, Gala, Or Fuji Apples, Diced

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

- In a medium bowl, mix first seven ingredients (cereal through baking powder).
- Mix well, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together applesauce, liquid sugar in the raw, eggs or egg substitute, honey, oil and vanilla.
- Then add diced apples and mix well.

- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix well.
- Spread evenly into an oiled and floured 8 x 11 baking pan and bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
