Mango Salsa
- 2 cans (14.5 Oz. Can) Del Monte Petite Diced Tomatoes With Green Chilies
- 2 whole Mangos, Peeled And Diced
- 1/2 cups Red Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Lime, Zest And Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro (fresh, Chopped)
- 1/4 cups Sugar Or Splenda
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Serve with corn chips, tacos, chili, or quesadillas.
- Refrigerate salsa in an airtight container.
