Swedish Meatballs

  1. Mix meats thoroughly.
  2. Soak bread in cream about 5 minutes. Cook onion in 1 tablespoon butter until tender, but not brown. Mix meats, crumb mixture, onion, egg, parsley and seasonings. Beat 5 minutes with mixer until well combined.
  3. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
  4. Wet hands for easier shaping.
  5. Brown meatballs in 2 tablespoons butter.
  6. Remove from skillet.
