Everyday lunch

  1. Marinate chicken during the night with olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, grated garlic, ginger, salt and pepper
  2. Cook onion until tender and add grated carrot and parsnip
  3. Boil water and add salt and broccoli
  4. Add chicken breast to carrot, parsnip and onion and cook
  5. Boil water and add to half cup of couscous
  6. Serve and enjoy
