Everyday lunch
- 1 chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 cup couscous
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 parsnip
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 grated garlic
- 1/2 head broccoli
- Marinate chicken during the night with olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, grated garlic, ginger, salt and pepper
- Cook onion until tender and add grated carrot and parsnip
- Boil water and add salt and broccoli
- Add chicken breast to carrot, parsnip and onion and cook
- Boil water and add to half cup of couscous
- Serve and enjoy
