Egg Nog Cranberry Salad Recipe

  1. In saucepan, combine pudding mix, lemon Jello and 2 c. water.
  2. Cook and stir till mix boils; add in lemon juice.
  3. Refrigeratetill partially set.
  4. Dissolve raspberry Jello in 1 c. of boiling water.
  5. Beat in cranberry sauce.
  6. Mix in celery and nuts.
  7. Refrigeratetill partially set.
  8. Fold Cold Whip into pudding mix.
  9. Pour half of the pudding into an 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan.
  10. Carefully pour cranberry mix over pudding layer.
  11. Top with remaining pudding.
  12. Refrigerateand serve.
