Tree Top Apple Bran Muffins Recipe

• 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
• 3/4 c. whole bran cereal
• 2/3 c. Tree Top apple juice
• 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
• 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
• 1 egg
• 1 c. minced pared apple
• 1/4 c. raisins

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin c., 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inch or possibly line with paper baking c..
3. Mix all ingredients except apple and raisins; beat vigorously 30 seconds.
4. Mix in apple and raisins.
5. Divide batter proportionately among c.. Bake till light brown, 21-23 min.
6. Cold 5 min before removing from pan.
7. Yield: 12 muffins.
