Cabbage Rolls
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1/4 cups White Onion, Diced
- 3/4 cups Carrots, Shredded
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 package Frozen Rolls, Thaw According To Package Directions (at Least An 18-count Package)
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once thoroughly browned, drain fat.
- Dump the cabbage, onions, carrots, salt and pepper into the skillet with the beef.
- Cook over medium heat until the cabbage and the onions just begin to soften.
- Remove from heat.
- On a floured work surface, roll out the thawed rolls.
- Each one should measure approximately 5 to 6 inches in a rolled circle or square shape.
- Using a cookie scoop, place 3 scoopfuls of the beef/cabbage mixture in the center of each piece of dough.
- Fold all the edges towards the center.
- Place the roll seam side down on a cookie sheet that you have sprayed with cooking spray.
- Repeat with the remaining pieces of dough and the rest of the filling.
- Bake at 375 F for approximately 20 minutes or until the bread has become golden brown.
