Vintage cheddar cheese burgers recipe

  1. Season the ground beef with the salt, pepper and Worcestershire Sauce being sure to really mix the flavourings throughout the meat.
  2. Make 4 - 6 patties and form a well in each.
  3. Put about 1 tablespoon of grated cheese into each well and use some of the meat mixture to cover it up.
  4. Fry or cook over a flaming BBQ for about 4 minutes on each side for a medium cooked burger.
  5. Make up your burger stack using the lettuce, onion, tomato and gherkin and add ketchup or mustard to taste.
