Warm & Tangy Vegetable Salad Recipe

  1. Drain green beans reserving 2 Tbsp.
  2. liquid.
  3. Combine reserved liquid, salad dressing, vinegar and mustard.
  4. In skillet, cook bacon till crisp; remove from pan.
  5. Add in potatoes and pepper.
  6. Cook, stirring occasionally, till potatoes are golden brown.
  7. Add in green beans and bacon to skillet.
  8. Stir in dressing; heat thoroughly.
  9. Serves 4 to 6.
