Crab Puff
- 12 lb monterey jack cheese, sliced
- 6 eggs
- 13 cup milk
- 12 lb crab, cleaned
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line a greased pie dish with cheese slices.
- Beat together the eggs, milk, crab, chilis, scallions, salt and pepper.
- Pour over cheese in pie dish.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until just set in the center.
- Cut into wedges.
