Barbie Pretty Pink Cake Recipe

• 5 Tbsp. cake flour
• 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 5 tsp red sugar crystals
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 tsp vegetable oil
• 8 tsp lowfat milk

1. Stir together cake flour, baking pwdr, salt, red sugar, vanilla, oil and lowfat milk till the batter is smooth and pink.
2. Pour 3 Tbsp of batter into greased and floured cake pan.
3. Bake 15 mins.
4. Repeat for second layer.
5. Makes 2 layers.
