Quick Fish Tacos
- 8 whole Corn Tortillas
- 8 pieces Frozen Battered Fish Filets, Baked As Directed
- 1/2 cups Plain Low-fat Yogurt
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise, Light
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 jar (16 Oz. Jar) Chunky Salsa
- 1 package (14 Oz. Package) Cabbage, Finely Shredded
- 1 whole Lime, Sliced Into Wedges
- Cook fish fillets according to the package directions.
- Combine yogurt and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine garlic and salsa.
- Spray a small saucepan with non-stick cooking spray and heat.
- Warm tortillas individually and keep warm inside a towel.
- To the center of each tortilla, add one fish fillet, a spoonful of white sauce, a spoonful of salsa and a small handful of cabbage.
- Serve each taco with a lime wedge.
