Beef With Dry Spice Rub Recipe
- 3 Tbsp. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Black peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp. Yellow mustard seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Whole coriander seeds
- 4 x Cloves garlic
- 2 lb Beef top round steak or possibly London Broil, 1/2 inch thick Vegetable or possibly extra virgin olive oil Salt
- Place sugar, peppercorns, mustard seeds, coriander seeds and garic in blender or possibly food processor; process till seeds and garlic are crushed.
- Rub beef with oil; pat on spice mix.
- Season generously with salt.
- Lightly oil warm grid to prevent sticking.
- Grill beef on covered grill over medium-low briquets 16-20 min for medium or possibly till desired doneness, turning once.
- Let stand 5 min before cutting across the grain into thin diagonal slices.
- Makes 6 servings.
