Beef With Dry Spice Rub Recipe

  1. Place sugar, peppercorns, mustard seeds, coriander seeds and garic in blender or possibly food processor; process till seeds and garlic are crushed.
  2. Rub beef with oil; pat on spice mix.
  3. Season generously with salt.
  4. Lightly oil warm grid to prevent sticking.
  5. Grill beef on covered grill over medium-low briquets 16-20 min for medium or possibly till desired doneness, turning once.
  6. Let stand 5 min before cutting across the grain into thin diagonal slices.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
